- An optional module of Absorb LMS Suite in which competencies can be defined in areas of Development, Knowledge and Personal Qualities. Learners in Absorb can earn these competencies through online or classroom training or can be manually granted these competencies by an administrator. Jobs can be defined according to requirements for competencies. Tools available in Absorb Success are:
- Personal Success Plans – Customized clear competency driven learning paths for learners to identify compliance with current job position and required competencies for the pursuit of new career opportunities. Transparency of learning paths help create learner awareness in career advancement opportunities and can be a valuable tool in creating employee loyalty.
- Job matching – Customized reports helping identify groups of employees with competencies required for specific jobs. This can aid in succession planning,

- module: absorb hazard control management

- An optional module of Absorb LMS Suite in which routine and occasional tasks can be identified based on the job position an employee holds. Tasks can be rated on a variable risk matrix and can consist of multiple steps required to complete the task. Each step can be assigned available and required controls such as administrative controls (e.g. Training), environmental controls (e.g. Safety shields) or personal protective equipment (e.g. Steel toed boots). All controls can be assigned to a person responsible for the implementation of such controls. The module creates an auditable record for safety controls in an organization and can aid in managing bill C-45 compliance.
