Absorb LMS has a tiered infrastructure which allows multiple clients or business units to be managed on one single portal installation.
At the top level Enterprise installation the administrator can create and manage a large number of clients and quickly toggle between them for administrative purposes. One single password gains access to each client portal.
Most licensees of Absorb LMS are located at the client level. Within this level the department management system allows you to replicate the exact organizational structure you are training. Unlimited nested departments and department based administrative roles allow you to assign responsibility for monitoring training activities to a granular level.
For content sales this means that you can offer limited admin access to purchasers to generate reports on their training activity. For internal training this means that each business unit can manage their own training and be limited to see only the records that belong to their group.
Using the customized email features each business unit can define their own new user and completion messages and even log in using their own branded entry points.
