Ristich launched his professional journey at Absorb by answering support tickets and fixing reported bugs. He later graduated to feature development, took on Absorb LMS’s eCommerce platform and played a pivotal role in rebuilding and modernizing the LMS. Today, he leads a team of developers as Software Development Manager.

Earlier, we said Absorb hired 150 new teammates last year. There's a simple reason for that: business is booming. It has been for a while now; Absorb's aggressive growth trajectory began in 2017 when our company received investment from Boston-based growth equity firm Silversmith Capital Partners.
