Prior to joining Absorb, Jill was the Vice President of Demand Generation at Globoforce, a high-growth SaaS company in the human capital management space. She was responsible for all aspects of the company's lead generation efforts and was instrumental in leading the company to dramatic revenue growth—and recognition as an industry leader. Jill also drove operational excellence at companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, such as Progress Software, RSA Security (a division of DELL/EMC) and IBM.
In her free time—and when not orchestrating home renovation projects—Jill enjoys being outside with her husband and three children: on the beach, on the soccer field, in the hockey rink, on the ski slopes or just hanging by the pool.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University (Ohio).
