As Vice President of Software Development, Eric Foss is unwavering in his commitment to quality and performance. Leading his team in developing scalable code and system architecture, Eric ensures Absorb Software products are built on a foundation that's both solid and adaptable, scaling to propel client growth amidst rapid workforce transformation.

With over two decades of industry-spanning experience in IT and software development, including 11+ years leading IT Solutions Delivery at WestJet, Eric hasn't just seen the evolution of technology, he's been in the thick of it. Beginning his career as Tech Director at a marketing agency, Eric quickly learned the importance of distinguishing fads from trends—a honed skill he draws on frequently in his current role at Absorb Software.

In his free time, Eric likes to play guitar or head to the mountains with his family to unplug while hiking, biking or skiing.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
