Building Confidence

Taking a few minutes to follow our Building Confidence course will make it much easier to handle the many tasks you're faced with every day. Self confidence is not always an inborn trait. There will be times when you feel confident and other times when you feel less so. Perhaps you already recognize what makes you feel confident – like certain outfits or discussions on particular subjects. But how do you handle the things you are less happy about? This short video will show you how to build confidence. We'll cover playing to personal strengths, positive thinking, making peace with occasional mistakes and the importance of practice and preparation. We'll also show you that where confidence is concerned, sometimes faking it is perfectly okay. The course includes a downloadable overview of completed course content and follow-up questions to test your comprehension.
