Emotional Intelligence: 02. Developing Self-Awareness

In our course, Emotional Intelligence: 02. Developing Self-Awareness, we discuss self-awareness as the foundation that supports all of the other key competencies of emotional intelligence. You'll learn about the self-awareness triangle and how it is used to identify how you see yourself, how comfortable you are with yourself, and what motivates you. We'll also introduce various personality tests you can take, and show you how to conduct a self-review and workplace review. Developing Self-Awareness is a part of our Emotional Intelligence series. The course is delivered through a short video with downloadable student materials and a quick exam to test your knowledge.
