Inclusive Language and Communication

Language is powerful. When it comes to the workplace, the language we use can determine whether people feel safe, included, and welcome - or unsafe, excluded, and like an outsider. In this course, we’ll look at some key tips for communicating in an inclusive way with everyone, from all backgrounds and cultures.
