Having a fixed mindset can significantly hinder your ability to grow and succeed. Our course "Limitations of a Fixed Mindset" examines how this mindset—characterized by the belief that talents and intelligence are static—can affect performance, motivation, and relationships. We’ll also look at the consequences of this mindset in both personal and workplace settings, and offer ideas for beginning the shift toward more productive thinking.
