Raechelle (Rae) Kelly has built a career around solving complex business problems through the strategic implementation of software solutions—a skill set that serves her well in her current role as Vice President of Sales for the Global Channel Program Absorb Software.
Rae began her career as an engineer and computer programmer, but it didn’t take long to find her true calling: sales. Since she’s started, there’s been no stopping her. Before Absorb Software, Rae spent more than a decade at ADP, starting as a district manager responsible for selling ADP’s Technology Suite to small and mid-sized businesses and working her way to director of sales strategy and operations, deal strategy before her tenure was over.
A true global citizen, off the clock, Rae recharges by taking every opportunity she can to travel and explore new places and cultures.
Rae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in community health education from Texas A&M University.
