Yes. We have turnkey, no-code connectors for Workday, ADP, UKG Pro, BambooHR, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and Paycom. For anything less common, we support API, SFTP, or scheduled imports. Integration is typically a one-time setup fee, not a barrier.
Can we actually pull an audit-ready compliance report when a regulator asks?
Yes. Filter completion records by employee, course, location, or date range and export to the format your auditor expects. You also get a full admin audit trail and retained course versions. Proof of exactly what an employee saw and signed on the date they completed it.
How does new-hire onboarding actually get set up?
