Can we launch branded portals per partner?

Yes. Admins create branded portals in the platform with a custom domain, logo, theme, and catalog. There's no per-portal fee, so you can spin up a new distributor portal as fast as you sign the partner.

How long does it take to get a new partner portal live?

Depending on the complexity of your set up, portals can be up in a day or two. Admins configure the custom domain, apply branding, assign a catalog, and set group permissions directly in the platform.

How does data flow work across multi-tenant portals and groups?

Each partner sits in its own department with isolated users, content access, and reporting. A learner can belong to multiple departments and still see one course list. Completions roll up to a central program view, and you can sync the same data out to CRM and BI.

Can we track certifications and compliance for external learners we don't employ?

Yes. You can track certifications, recertification windows, and section-level progress per learner regardless of employer. Audit reports filter by partner, region, course, or date range. AI agents can answer "who's within 30 days of expiration" without a custom report.

Does Absorb integrate with our CRM and SSO?

No-code CRM connectors for Salesforce and HubSpot sync contacts, companies, and completions both ways. SSO supports SAML and OIDC with per-portal identity providers. HRIS connectors include Workday, UKG, Dayforce, ADP, and BambooHR.
