Finally, the course demonstrate some pitfalls of shopping online and how to safely conduct online banking. This course takes 1 hour and 13 minutes to complete. It utilizes video tutorials and audio narration to help you analyze your online footprint and examine where you can make improvements to protect your information.
Sinéad Burke’s TED Talk “Why design should include everyone” asks us to consider the people that are currently being neglected in the designs of our world. Burke explains some of the struggles that she deals with in daily life as a little person who is 105 centimeters tall. In this course, we'll begin by explaining what financial abuse is and provide examples of what it may look like. We'll go over the warning signs of financial abuse and the training that frontline bank employees should receive in order to recognize financial abuse of their clients. We'll also review what you can do if you suspect financial abuse. This course includes a video presentation, downloadable supplementary material and a short quiz to test your knowledge.
