Our Business Basics: Managing Negativity course is designed to help managers identify and resolve dissatisfaction in the workplace. You’ll learn how handle situations to counteract the negativity that can ultimately affect productivity and teamwork. The course covers how to use listening and positive words to change the way an employee feels about a situation or another person. The impact that your own attitude and behavior can have on the employee group is also discussed.
