Ethics and Business Ethics

This course will teach you the best way to behave in your professional life. The curriculum of this class covers all aspects of ethics, including personal integrity, business development strategies, and social responsibility. This course also teaches students how to manage people who are not as ethical as they should be while still maintaining their own moral compass or sense of what's right. You'll receive many methods for recognizing unethical behavior before it happens at work by learning about deceptive practices used by employers (such as various types of fraud) before diving into practical considerations on determining whether an action is ethical from case studies supplied throughout the semester. This class does not focus solely on developing one narrow set of skills; instead we want every student enrolled in our courses to leave with a broader understanding than when they started so that you can develop better relationships and make good decisions both inside and outside the workplace.
