Reasonable suspicion occurrences are becoming more prevalent in the workplace. Reasonable suspicion in the workplace is when an employee is observed or suspected of being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, which can impair their motor functions at work. This course explains the signs and symptoms that should make you report a reasonable suspicion to a supervisor and/or your human resources department and details how an investigation should be carried out.

In this course, we'll begin by explaining what financial abuse is and provide examples of what it may look like. We'll go over the warning signs of financial abuse and the training that frontline bank employees should receive in order to recognize financial abuse of their clients.
