A seasoned global SaaS executive, David Kronfeld brings deep experience in customer success, post-sales strategy, and organizational transformation to his role as Chief Customer Officer at Absorb Software. Known for combining analytical rigor with empathy-driven leadership, David focuses on building customer-centric organizations that deliver durable retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value. He's a firm believer that customer education is a key growth driver in customer experience.

Prior to joining Absorb, David held senior leadership roles across high-growth B2B SaaS companies, where he built and scaled global Customer Success, Account Management, and Professional Services organizations spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. Throughout his career, he has led complex transformations—introducing modern operating models, clarifying ownership across post-sales functions, and embedding data-driven and AI-enabled approaches to customer engagement.

Earlier in his career, David was trained in structured problem-solving and strategic execution through his work at McKinsey & Company, an experience that continues to inform his systems-level approach to leadership and change management.

David’s leadership philosophy centers on creating environments where teams are empowered to do their best work and customers feel genuinely understood. He is particularly passionate about aligning customer outcomes with business strategy, ensuring that learning, technology, and service delivery evolve together to meet the needs of modern organizations.

Outside of work, David values time with his family, especially his three daughters. He enjoys travel, the outdoors, and experiences that prioritize presence, connection, and shared memory-making.

David earned his Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and continues to invest in leadership development, organizational design, and the practical application of emerging technologies to improve how companies serve their customers.
