Peggy Pulliam understands people. She’s built her career around understanding people, and ensuring customers receive quality solutions as quickly as possible without compromising the personal touch required to build a real connection. As Executive Vice President of Client Services for Absorb Software, she draws on that understanding to lead her teams in delivering exceptional service to clients. Driven by data and metrics, Peggy knows how to prove the value of her teams’ work, fostering an environment where each team member feels valued and recognized.
Prior to Absorb Software, Peggy spent seven years as Vice President of Professional Services at Oracle, managing over 250 employees across account and project management, engineering, information architecture, creative design, production and quality assurance. In other words, she’s earned her reputation as being the most relatable person in nearly every room—or Zoom meeting—she enters.
Peggy’s love of problem solving isn’t limited to the office, though outside of work she satisfies her curious nature with “puzzles of any kind.” When it comes time to unwind, you can find her relaxing in her garden or enjoying a good meal with family and friends.
Peggy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Quincy University before earning an MBA at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
