Saravana Sivanandham is Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Absorb Software, where he leads strategy and execution of Absorb’s product, marketing, AI, and growth teams to deliver market-leading solutions that help organizations build critical skills, transform their workforce, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Saravana brings a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, product management, marketing, and strategic consulting. He began his career building enterprise software at CA Technologies, HP, and Dell EMC, before moving into product and marketing leadership roles at Adobe. He later transitioned into management consulting as part of McKinsey & Company, advising global organizations on marketing, growth and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Absorb, he led marketing operations and omnichannel experience initiatives at DocuSign.

At Absorb, Saravana built and operationalized marketing led growth delivering a 3x growth in revenue during his tenure at Absorb and played a central role in shaping the company’s long-term vision, including its product roadmap and AI strategy. He currently leads the evolution of Absorb’s AI-powered learning capabilities, aligning innovation with customer needs and enterprise-scale requirements.

Saravana serves on the Executive Customer Advisory Board for TrustRadius and HG Insights. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology (Anna University, India) and has completed advanced studies in Technical Product Management at the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running in the Texas hill country, and competitive table tennis.
